Who we are

MedhaOne Software (“we”) operates this website and provides management software to institutions, based in India. For any privacy question, email hello@medhaone.com.

What we collect on this website

• Details you submit through the contact form — your name, work email, organisation and message.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate traffic.

How we use it

We use contact-form details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to administer your account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Customer data inside our products

When an organisation uses our software, it is the data controller for the personal data it stores there; we act as a processor under the terms of that customer’s contract. Each customer’s data is kept separate from every other customer’s, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up on a regular schedule.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Customer data is retained for the life of the contract and deleted or returned on request afterwards, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict how we use it. Email hello@medhaone.com and we will respond within 30 days.
