Do we own the code and IP?

Yes. On handover you receive the full source, deployment access and documentation, and the intellectual property is assigned to you in the contract.

Fixed price or time and materials?

We quote a fixed price for a defined scope after a paid discovery sprint. Larger programmes run as capped monthly sprints so you can steer priorities.

Can you work with our existing team and stack?

Yes. We can embed with your engineers, adopt your stack and conventions, or own a self-contained module end to end — whichever fits.

What happens after launch?

Choose a support retainer for ongoing changes and on-call, or take a clean handover to your own team with a defined transition period.

What is the smallest project you take on?

Roughly a four to six week engagement. Below that, a short advisory or architecture review is usually the better use of everyone's time.
